ITK’s Susan Alvarez to Present at D365UG/AXUG Summit 2017
Business Process expert, who is both a consultant and a former CFO, to lead four sessions
Beverly, MA and Nashville, TN – October 4, 2017 – ITK SOLUTIONS GROUP, business process experts who use Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 to solve business problems, announced that they are leading four sessions at the AXUG Summit 2017 taking place October 10-13th in Nashville, Tennessee. ITK Solutions Group sessions will be led by Susan Alvarez, Partner and VP Consulting Services.

Susan is a partner and VP of Consulting Services. Susan has 25+ years of experience on both sides of the software business: as a client/financial executive/project sponsor and as a consultant/product expert/project lead. On the client side, Susan gained broad experience as a public company Controller (100-unit public chain, $300M in sales) and Chief Financial Officer (for a 55-unit private chain, $100M in sales). Susan has worked on 100+ ERP implementation projects (25+ are Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 for Operations), in both support and lead positions. The industries that she has worked in include retail, distribution, marketing, sales, governmental, manufacturing and financials.
